It's always a new life, everyday ... when you crawl out of bed and see the sun, or the morning rain, or the morning birds singing a symphony outside your window.

Its how we accept ourselves that it comes back to us from others. When we look deep inside ourselves we realise what people think of us and respect us, based on how we love ourselves.

What challenges we are given in life, are there for us to learn from, to better the person we are, to become the person we want to be. HIV can be a challenge, a flat tire, no milk for your morning cereal ... how we deal with these moments, how severe or how trivial, that is what builds us form within. Gives us character!

It's okay to sehd a tear from time to time, we are after all just human ... we can feel sorry for ourselves, but don't wallow in it, have your moment, shake it off and move on with the day. The sun will always shine the next day, even if it's cloudy!

Love and peace to you too maryjane, and all others building their lives and discovering we are all on this journey together. Strength comes in numbers and always remember to smile!

anotherday ... in paradise!
daily ponder ... be the reason someone smiles today!
