Adjunct Therapies
      04/05/00 05:17 PM

I have been positive for 10 years and my t-cells recently fell to 325 and viral load to 75,000. This weekend I started meds (34T, 3TC, Sustiva) and am wondering if there is more that I can do other than a strong program of supplements and good diet. I also would like to ask others these questions 1. Do you think it's OK to have 2 glasses of red wine at night before dinner? and 2. What do you think of those people who feel that we should take a "drug holiday" every 6 months or so to let out bodies regenerate their own healing power before starting on meds again?
