Insurance while in school

Hello,

In a few years, I want to go back to school to quit my job and do a Master's degree full time. I thought a university student insurance plan would cover my medication but the vast majority have very limited prescription drug coverage (like $1,500/yr). There must be thousands of people with medical conditions who successfully go back to school. Does anyone know what I should do? I would have COBRA for 18 months but the degree plan is 2 years. Any advice? Anyone been in a similar situation?
