False Positives with the Elisa

Just wanted to clarify, if I could: Are you guys saying that the Elisa test will sometimes be positive, but they will then confirm it with a Western blot . . . . and if the Western blot is negative, then they just tell you "you're negative"?

I don't want to even know if the Elisa was positive.

Any info?
