STD or HIV?

Guys,
Symptoms:
night sweats, non-tender swelling under armpits (both) and at the back of neck. palm always feel like numb and feel that my palm ligaments are hardening. my biceps are aching. I notice that when i am in a cold area/room, my palms start to be in pain. Had rashes and it went off. cough especially at night and my doc says that my lungs are clear. few months ago, my skin at the back of the penis was slighlty itchy and there was a slight burning sensation. I put some sort of a cream for a couple of days and it went off. Exposure in July 2005 to be safe. My question, is there any type of STD with this kind of symptoms. Sometimes i would just sweat like hell at no particular time with headache and short of breath.After i take a short rest than i would feel better and it will go away. I really hope it is a normal std and not HIV.....thats'y i am asking what do u all think! My PA test is not out....feeling a lot of anxiety and having dreams that i do have HIV.
