weird brown spots on scrote and base of penis

i did some barebacking last night and now i have these weird marks on my genitals. i wonder if it's just cuz i had an erection for a long time, had cockrings on and such- or could they be a sign of something bad?

i'm wondering if i should just wait to see if they go away or do something about it now
