PLZ HELP

I tested negative for hiv at meps but that was after 4 months after possible of exposure. Do they test again at reception battalion?? Does the blood typing check for hiv? Finally how long does it take the military to get accurate results for hiv tests?? PLZ HELP

It take the military about 2 weeks

If you don't hear anything within 7-10 days after an HIV test you were negative, if you are positive, the chaplain or commanding officer will tell you, no one else. You can request and HIV test whenever and however often you wish, otherwise it wil only bel once a year requirement, and they will shedule you.
