It is my hope that you are all doing fine and taking care of your health. I was diagnosed in 2007, my vl is undetectable and my cd4 count is above 600. I have never been on meds. I am looking to connect with single military guys. my first post here.

Hi,my boyfriend was diagnosed a month ago. This week we went to see the infectious disease he's cd4 was 843 still waiting for his viral load to come back. He's not on meds as well.
So far things are looking good... He's in the military....
How has it been with you what changes have you been going through if any? I hope you don't mind me asking...
Amorie.

I don't mind you asking me anything at all. First i am sorry to hear about your boyfriend. Its good that his cd4 count is at a good number. I really haven't had any major changes at all. I eat right, exercise regularly and i try to avoid being stressed as much as possible. Most important though i go to see my ID doctor every 3 months to make sure that my numbers are good. You boyfriend will get good care, the military have very good ID doctors. Please feel fry to contact me anytime. You take care of yourself and your boyfriend.
