First off you can believe your test results . And secondly it isn't so easy to be infected as you think. It has nothing to do with drinking from same cup or even handshaking. May I suggest you look further into this web site and get a better understanding of how one can and cannot get infected. Knowledge is powerful and it will save you from alot of stress and wondering. But again dear , you are neg.

the symptoms are unreliable and can't be used to diagnose HIV. your negative test results are unlikely to change.

you were not at risk from frottage or protected sex. simply touching somebody's skin is not a risk. even if you had a bloody pimple, skin contact is not a risk.

as riverprincess said, you can believe your negative result and please read a little more about HIV transmission. in particular you can read this fact sheet, http://www.thebody.com/content/30024/hiv-transmission.html. Take care!

My adice to you is to stop stressing over something that isn't and to educate yourself about Hiv. This web site is full of infor . Look into it and learn and understand what can and can't infect you.

If you already tested and it was neg then there is no need to retest. Again read and educate .

Dude, you seriously need to get read up on HIV, if your boyfriend is positive it is important for yourself and also for him that you know how to handle HIV. It is not fair to him and to yourself that you will live in fear around someone you noticeably care about.
Each time you have sex and precum touches you are you going to panic, when you kiss, share a drink or a bite of a cookie ... if you get yourself worrying like that your slowly killing only one thing, your relationship!
You have alot of "(maybe)" in your comments, get tested, get educated, and move on and enjoy what you have ... know what is considered safe around HIV and do the necessary precautions, but don't live in fear with the man you love!

anotherday ... in paradise!
daily ponder ... be the reason someone smiles today!

What the others have been trying to tell you is that you were not a risk for HIV. Those negative results you have prove that.

You did not have an exposure. Even if you had, had a true exposure, you have tested negative. Exposure does not equal automatic infection.

The issue is not HIV. It's your fear of HIV, something that none of us here can help you with. Please seek a counselor that can help you to accept your negative test results. There is nothing more we can help you with because this is an HIV site and you don't have HIV.

Relax...you will be fine. There's something called "universal precautions", which can be also translated to every day living. If you follow them, you exposure risk gets minimized.
