conclusive or not?

hi,
i've had a vaginal intercourse with a man of unknown status.
2 week later i've got 2 days of fever, than i began to think i was hiv+, so i began i've got colitis, gastritis and i felt like depressed staying all day in my bed.
so i decided 96 days after to go get test with oraquick oral fluid and came back negative, but the nuse swab m gums more than once, like twice for gum.
a month later i developed a small folliculitis under my armpit.
i begin to doubt my result, can i still trust it?or i need to get test again?i'm so scared that i had a false negative.

while Im not an expert, but most say that conclusive results are within 90 days after exposure.

Symptoms are certainly not important when determining if to believe your test results. Certainly ones such as yours which don't point to HIV in the first place. Colitis, gastritis and depression are not HIV specific in any world.
You have a conclusive negative. Accept that and move on, with the promise to yourself to always use condoms in the future.

and what about the 2 days of fever 2 weeks later?
folliculitis can be a symptom of hiv?

that was the first time i did such a stupid thing, i can't forgive myself for this, always use condom!

"and what about the 2 days of fever 2 weeks later?" If it had been caused by Acute Retroviral Syndrome (ARS) which is when the body is seroconverting and developing anitbodies, then you would have tested positive, not negative.
"folliculitis can be a symptom of hiv? " So, it can also be a symptom of Tinea barbae, Malassezia folliculitis, Hot-tub folliculitis, Sycosis Vulgaris, Gram-negative follculitis, Herpes Simplex Virus, Pseudofollicultis barbae, Eosinophlic follicultis, Follicultis decalvans, follicultiis keloidalis, Excess oil exposure, razor burn and Malignancies.
