Swollen Gland in Neck

I have been incredibly nervous and afraid since an anal sex encounter that was unprotected (I inserted/was on top). I was wondering if you know of anyone who became infected after a one time unprotected anal sex as a top. Also, I have one swollen gland in my neck, and my throat seems like it could be sore. I am so nervous, I can't focus on anything else. I just leep torturing myself. No fever, no night sweats, but I am constipated. How could my anxiety swell my gland? Thanks

The HIV have not specific symptoms, have not specific tests,
have many things in corporative darkness.
The stress is hard and could afect the sense at touch your neck . i tell you for experience. go to:

THE MIND CAN MAKE YOU THINK YOU HAVE ALL KINDS OF SYMPTOMS. UNPROTECTED ANAL INSERTIVE IS NOT SMART AS YOU KNOW BUT CHANCES ARE YOU ARE FINE.
THE RECEIVER WOULD BE AT A MUCH GREATER RISK IF THE PERSON INSERTING WAS + TO BEGIN WITH. YOU JUST NEED TO TEST OUT AND WHEN YOUR NEGATIVE COMES BACK YOU WILL SLEEP FINE. YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK FOR OTHER STD'S HOWEVER.
