Answer: A small amount or none. The small amount can/could be risky. There is really no documentation on transmission from female to male. There IS documentation on a few men who have had post-coital female blood infect them via intercourse. I read that it is like males pre- cum fluids, where they have found small amounts of hiv virus in only about one-third of pre-cum samples. Are these small amounts of virus in fluids able to infect someone. It's better to use caution always when in doubt.
It does seem that in dating and transmission aspects of hiv the females have been given the worst consequences in several ways.

This is wrong. Lots of women have given men HIV--although less in the US. In India and Africa it's a major way men are getting it...The male may be at less risk for HIV transmission than the female through vaginal intercourse.
But it's NOT because there is less HIV in vaginal fluids. It's because it's harder for HIV to enter the male's blood stream. However, HIV can enter the body of the male through his urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis) or through small cuts or open sores on the penis.
It's 8 times more dangerous for the female because the lining of the vagina can tear and possibly allow HIV to enter the body. Direct absorption of HIV through the mucous membranes that line the vagina also is a possibility.

NO. In Africa and India there is far more discrimination for being homosexual/bisexual, than in the U.S., and rightly so in my opinion. This is why many men claim they got hiv from women in these countries, when in reality the men have been with other men. Being uncircumcized can never account for their claims of heterosexual sex causing equal/50% infection in both men and women! In U.S., you don't see statistical-charts that show how many women give hiv to men sexually, for good reason. It's very rare. The few cases documented had post coital blood involved. Also, vaginal fluids have a SMALL amount of hiv virus, and this is in the technical scientific websites...not ones for laymen. SEMEN has MUCH HIV VIRUS!!! This fact plus the smaller urethra opening on male penis is why males are infected rarely. The female is most often infected via the cervix, and females are infected quite easily in many cases and there are factors for this such as having children, endometrial biopsies, etc. etc. Regular intercourse infects females easier than does gay intercourse. However, they BOTH are VERY RISKY!! Then again, the roughness and frequency with gays is a factor for them.
If you do a thorough search on female to male transmission,
you will finally learn what the experts know, but don't want the public to know, it's all to protect women, so it is good to keep it going. Though not fair for women that bixsexuals pretending to be straight infect all these women, and then the women can't get dates from real hetero men who think they are at extreme risk from the women.

if so little or no hiv in men's precum, then it makes sense the women's vaginal fluid would be the same. Semen seems the real villian. doctors say that when viral loads are low with hiv drugs it's more difficult to infect someone sexually, though it would be fool to take a chance.

Do you realize that it is this attitude that keeps homosexual/bisexual men sneaking around. If sociaty accepted gays it would enable them to live their lives free of lies. When someone feels ostracized by sociaty they're faced with either "fitting in" or not. When homosexuality is ostracized, many just move into the closet. Why risk being rejected if you don't have to? But the consequence is married/straight men sneaking around with men. If from an early age someone gay knew sociaty would SUPPORT them they wouldn't feel compelled to hide their lifestyle. The fear and predjudice of sociaty actually FOSTERS this type of behavior. Learn to be tolerant and supportive and people won't hide their differences from you.

If society acctepted gays/bisexuals it would allow them to live their lives free of lies??? Not going to happen, wrong is wrong. Most women would not want to have sex with a bisexual man or a gay man, period. This is only part of the reason they lie to women and the world, staying in the closet. Other part is many of these men do not even like their bisexual self or gay self, but they keep leading double lives of lies because their evil pleasures are more important to them than telling the truth and having character and morals.

you think it's evil to be attracted to the same sex? This is something that just happens and it isn't evil. But by labeling it "evil" and to say these people don't have a place in sociaty, you force them into the closet. Many have married, fathered children, ect all to "fit in" and not be ostracized. But you can be healthy, gay, proud and free to love whom you choose, but as it stands now, you risk being rejected by family, friends, church, and even fired from your job. It's important to understand that you, by labeling gays "freaks" and by sociaty not accepting them, you are CAUSING the lies and decite to continue. Embrace gays, accept them and your problem goes away. This must be difficult for someone predjudice to understand.

Mostly bisexuals, but some homosexuals, They are the ones who have infected women with hiv, many many knowing that they have hiv or knowing they "could" have it and so infecting women on purpose or risking it. They are scum of the earth with all their lies, mainly pretending to be straight. Women would not choose them if they knew the truth, ever, especially in this age of AIDS!! They are pure evil, and seeking perverse pleasures of all sorts, and will have to answer to God. In the meantime they have taken millions of victims, women and children with them to suffer.
As for homosexuality, it is genetic in men, however many are born with various afflictions, and sad as it is, it is their cross to bear. Christians believe in the Bible, and if ones does, it states homosexuality is very wrong. It does not have to be acted on! As the Body stated in an article, these men that infect someone knowingly or even knowing they "could" have hiv should be charged with attempted murder, castrated, fined, jailed, etc. etc. More women should be going to their health departments and complaining against these men, and this might save others.

It's tragic these women are getting infected. But you're blaming only the men and taking any power away from women.Everyone must be responsible for their own HIV status.Straight husbands cheat,straight wives cheat, same as anyone else.For you to say it's only bisexual men that cause infection is not only misguided, it doesn't tell the whole picture. What about IV drug users? What about straight men that cheat with other women and spread it that way. But most of all, what about the women? A guy comes into your life and says "honey, I'm straight lets do it without a condom" It's up to EVERYONE to be responsible for their own HIV status. If you're inviting men to inject your body with their body fluids then you're at risk. So wise up. The women are responsible too. There's way more than just HIV out there. Lots of diseases and unwanted pregnancy's too. It's your duty, as a woman to DEMAND that your partners use condoms. If they don't want to it should set off a red flag right there. If they don't want to use a condom with you they don't want to use one with anyone. It's up to YOU!

That's right, there are a few male IV drug users infecting women out there. Women infecting men, I'd sure like to see the statistics on this. It sure is up to the women or they can die, that's the truth of it. Can't trust any man anymore. It's sad when a woman's doctor convinces her that hiv is not in male heteros, females don't have it in U.S., hiv is only in gays, and then the one you date is medical...it's all too tragic and one in a zillion chance.

It is sad if a doctor convinced someone that there is no HIV in male hetero's. Fire him, he's uninformed. Studies have shown that people recently infected, especially women, alway say "I thought my chances were zero...I was in a low risk group" These very women were allowing guys to inject their body with their fluids, making them just as responsible for the transmission. It is sad that you can't trust your man anymore. But you never really could. Years ago he brought home gonnerreha or syphilis or left you pregnant without support. Now there is HIV. It's your health and your life...use protection!

What makes you think that there are few male IV drug users infecting women? Women involved with IV Drug users also tend to be users. They have just as good a chance of getting HIV from an IV as any guy. They also tend not to demand protected sex.
