Hello Kristina,
There are a lot of HIV + groups on facebook where you can talk to people on IM and on pages. The Body can be friended on facebook and there are tons of other support groups that I find helpful.
Since I only check this site on the message boards maybe once a month. I'm not sure about other people but that might be a better place to find people to react to you in a timey manor.

Nice to find a place where it's just about friendship. I'm from Jersey and am always looking for people to shoot the breeze with .
