Pregnant and False- positive

I am 9month pregnant and two weeks ago my Ob doctor ordered me a HIV test. Last week the result came in and it was positive. Then he took my blood again to confirm.
I was shocked by the result. I didn't know whether the new born baby will be infected nor do i know how to tell my parents. I locked myself home all week. Until today my dr confirmed that i am HIV negative . He told me its not very rare that lab to have false-positive result for the preliminary result. And this week i did some research online that pregnant ladies are more likely to get false-positive result. So i just want tell ppl who get first elisa positive: dont panic, They do have false-positive result. Wait until u get the second elisa done as well as the western blot done.
I look at HIV ppl totally different from now on. Because everyone has a change to get it. And I really like thiis website. It gave me a lot of hope and support this week. I also want to donate. Can anyone tell me the procedure how to donate?
