Kaletra body changes..

I recently started taking Kaletra. Has anybody experienced body changes on Kaletra? My doctor didn't mention anything about it but after looking on line, I see a lot of people saying that Kaletra causes lipodystrophy. Anybody have experience with Kaletra?

Also when you start meds sometimes you gain weight.

I have read other research that is contrary to this link. And, I asked my doctor about it and he said it is VERY difficult to isolate this information as an extremely large portion of our general population is obese and looking for something to pin it on beyond taking responsibility for healthy living.
