RE: Paid Research with HIV+ Patients

On behalf of eStyle Research, a Medical Research Firm, we would like to personally invite you to participate in our upcoming research undertaking. We are conducting an important study among individuals who have been diagnosed as HIV positive. Our study focuses on different antiviral medications that are used in the treatment of HIV positive patients like you.

There are two different ways you can participate:

Option 1: For any HIV+ Patients in the US
Our research takes the form of a self completion exercise that we mail to you. The research takes about 20 minutes per day for 5 days starting November 8th through to and including November 13th, 2005. Once you have completed all the exercises you send in your completed booklet and then we mail you a cheque for $200 in appreciation for your valuable time and opinions.

Option 2: Specifically for HIV+ Patients in NYC
Our research takes the form of a focus group which is a discussion panel of 4-6 respondents (in this case, all HIV+ Patients) who gather in a room and share some opinions about a particular topic. Our focus groups are 2 hours in length and are being held at various times (daytime, early afternoon and evening time slots are open) on November 9th and November 10th, 2005. We would offer a cash honorarium of $100 in appreciation for your valuable time and opinions.
