Pregnant HIV+ wanting to talk with others alike

I've been positive since 1997 the same year I met my husband. He is neg and we've had a great time together. We always thought about a baby but at the time it was too early in the relationship and the risk still was in the 20%'s. Last year we finally made the decision to do it and did all the research (talk with doctors experts in the HIV pregnancy arena) etc. Anyways, I'm now 7 months pregnant and happier that ever. I just feel a little frustrated sometimes when talking with others about natural birth and breastfeeding the two things I'm sacrificing for the health of my baby. So, I'm looking for others that are either going thru the same or have already been there and would like to share their experience and knowledge. Maybe we could create a yahoo or msn group or contact directly via email. Please let me know if anyone is interested in such an arragement.

i AM SO GLAD TO READ YOUR POSTING I HOPE TO CONNECT WITH YOU I AM DUE JUNE 21 AND FEELING THE SAME WAY ABOUT THAT EXACT STUFF PLUS MANY OTHER THINGS AND FEEL SO ALONE IN THIS ... I AM HAVING A BOY THEY SAID WITH A PARTNER I HAD AS A YOUNG TEEN WE FOUND EACHOTHER AGAIN TWO YEARS AGO TRAVELED AND LEARNED ABOUT EACHOTHER ALL OVER AGAIN AND WERE HAVING THE BABY I DREAMED OF WHEN WE WERE TEENS AT THE AGE OF 40 ...I HAVE BEEN DESPRETLY TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THE SAME THINGS YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT RAMBLROSE@HOTMAIL.COM

i just had a baby last november, and am hiv+. I know what you're going through. Good news the meds are worth taking, my boy is negative because of it, and i didn;t experience any side affects. hang in there.
