found to have used infected blood in transfusions. I was a premie, and had heath complications. I have type 0 blood. I was tested for HIV when I was somewhere between the age of 4 months and four years (my mom told me, but i've forgotten when). Should I be tested again? I've never had sex or done any drugs.

I wouldn't worry about testing again. If you tested negative back then that would not have changed. Anyway, if you were positive after 17 years you would be having some health problems by this point that would have caused a doctor to think you needed to be tested. Relax.
