Im an hiv positive African woman living in America.Long before l tested positive ,l wanted to start a charity for people with Hiv/Aids and now l feel the need more and more each day as l read about the many hardships that they have to got through and my heart breaks.l want to give them the hope for life and a better quality of living.l want to fight this with them and for them ,just to let them know that there is still a way to fight this. l could go on and on about why l need to do this but l don't know where to start.Please tell me how l can start a charity organization to bennefit people in my home country and Africa.Tell me what l have to do to get this of the ground.
