Muscle aches and fatigue

I am a 35yr old just diagnosed 1 year ago. I have such muscle aches it is hard for me to stand up straight some times and I am fatigued alot. Is there anybody out there that can help in my problems or anyone with ideas on how to deal with this?

Sorry to hear of your aches and fatigue. Have you spoken to your doctor about these problems? That would be the first source I would consult. Hope you feel better
