Upset Stomach

I've been on Truvada, Prezista, Norvir for about a year now. All is well except I have such stomach problems. Lately I have had chronic diarrhea, stomach pain, stomach gas, nausea. It sucks and anything I eat hurts my stomach. Is it truse that there are GI problems associated with HIV? I think I need to talk to my primary care doc about it, or should I talk to my ID doctor?

Definity talk to your ID doctor. Sounds like you need a change of regiment.
