Prezista + Norvir + Truvada

So I took my first dose of meds last night. My doctor started me on this combo:
Prezista (darunavir), two 300mg tabs, plus
Norvir (ritonavir), one 100mg soft gelcap, plus
Truvada (emtricitabine+tenofavir) one 200mg/300mg respectively.
I take this combo once a day. Anyone on the exact same treatment? I was dizzy, had a headache, and was a little nauseous for about 3 hours after taking the dose. Psychosomatic? lol..
Advice.. input.. horror stories welcome. I wanna know everything.
Also, I read earlier that usually, for treatment-naive adults, an 800mg daily dose of Prezista is indicated. I wonder why my doc gave me 600mg instead? Maybe my labs? He's an Infectious Disease specialist so he knows his shit. I don't know.

I just picked up these meds today... Plan to start them this weekend so I can't offer any information from experience just yet. Not sure about the Prezista, my doc put me on what would typically be for treatment-naive adults (the two 400mg tabs), so I'll be curious to know why yours did it a little bit differently. Also, the Prezista site shows that a person taking 600mg daily takes 200mg of the Norvir, but you're only on 100... This is all very new to me, but I'm glad to see that you've posted about these meds too. Anxious to see what others say here.

I'm a month in, and the first side-effects have went away. I mostly now just get a stomach ache for an hour or so after I take the meds, doctor says that it's normal.
I almost missed a dose the other day. I was about 10 hours late taking it, but the doc said not to sweat it. Now I set an alarm.
I work nights, so it's hard for me to remember to take them right when I get to work, I've figured out that about that time is the only time I'm awake consistently on a day to day basis, about 10pm. Think I'm gonna scale it back to about 5 or 6pm though.

just diagnosed 6.23. taking the same pills for the last two weeks along with dapsone. still feel odd for several hours after taking them. do either of you have to keep your norvir refrigerated?
