lipo issues-anyone taking investigation drugs?

Hi-
I'm 32 and I've been on Reyataz, Truvada and Norvir for about 2 yrs, CD4 425, VL undect., -mcuh better but I'm beginning to have some real lipo issues and my doctor says I am a good choice to be put in a clinical trail he is doing for a immune-based therapy that (he says) may not have any side effects but my VL may go up to 5000 but CD4 the same. It would only be abreak from my current meds since the study is only a year. Anyone in this? Seems like it may be a trade-off but I am a mess right now. Would you do it?
