Swollen lymph gland

Hi all, my first post here... I have been + since 2005, on meds (atripla) since 2007. I experienced a swollen lymph gland behind my neck shortly after I started meds. My Dr. really passed it off each visit that I brought it up. He said if it didn't get bigger, or stay in constant pain then it was nothing to worry about. Though when he or I examined and pressed on it, I found it hurt and bothered me worse for days after. I believe in trying natural options. I finally found that eating foods with Curry powder helped to reduce the swollen lymph, today I'm glad to say it is non existant. I know it was the Curry powder, as it has came back a few times since, and I have just added Curry powder back into my diet, in some soups or other things I eat, then it has gone back away. Just wanted to post about something that has worked for me and hopefully could help someone else with the same issue.

thank you for the reply. I hope it works for you too.
BTW I only just shake a small amount, like in soups or whatever. It is a very powerful/srong tasting herb you will find if you use too much, probably would fit well in chili, that sort of thing also.

Thanks for posting. I have recently being diagnosed with HIV and currently I am experience painful swollen lymph nodes all over my body (under arms, neck, head, groins). I have started meds yet because I have only been diagnosed within the last week. I will ask my doctor if curry will help ease the pain of these swollen lymph nodes.
