Shortness of breath

Hello everyone. I would like to know if there is anyone out there that is using stochrine,epivir and tenofovir.....my doc removed one of my meds and replaced it with the epivir. After 3 months my cd4 count went from 155 to 260 and my viral load was undetectable. Everything has been great up until about 2 weeks ago, i developed shortness of breath, well i live in thailand and my doctor seems a bit aloof....he took a chest xray and all normal as were my bp and o2 saturation.......he is at a loss and i am 200 miles away worried.is shotness of breath normal with epivir?any tips or insight into this sure would help...thanks
