hello, i was just wondering where i could get some guidelines to allow me to understand what types of these meds i should use and when i should start to use them. i am new to this board and i live on the other side of the world. when i ask my dr. he looks at me funny and says there is no need for this type of medicine. i am undetectable but have a rather low cd4 its about 190. i have a bit of a weight gain problem and would like to start exercising. i had my testosterone level checked and it was on the low side of normal i 45 y.o. and for the most part feel pretty good all thing considered...thanks
