Chucky.....
we are not doctors here on the boards. If you need medical advice you MUST talk to your doctor.
However, in my experience...... the difference between a CD4 count of 62 and 74 is insignificant. In other words your CD4 count didn't change. But, it is still very low. However the more interesting thing is your Viral load..... being <50....is very good .....that is undectable. How much better can you get. It would seem to me that with a Viral Load so low your CD4 count should be higher. But....you need to talk to your doc about that.
If you are LIVING with HIV...you might want to post in the ...LIVING WITH HIV forum.

Another thing I ve learnt from this is that CD numbers are really variable, try to find out what your CD4 percentages have been as apparently they are a more accurate reflection of how you are doing. If they have increased then your doing OK. Also the CD4number can vary for loads of reasons such as time of day, how much sleep you ve had etc. You can take 8 tests in one day and get 8 different results.. But your VL results are fanastic much better than mine. Good Luck and try to look at the whole picture.
