Has anyone experienced joint pain that was diagnosed as relating to either HIV or the meds? Don't laugh now, but my elbows are warm to the touch, and I have a burning pain in them. I have liver problems which cause my right shoulder and the right side of my neck to hurt, but the elbow problems are new. I have had joint pain in my hands for some time, but since I type a lot and arthritis runs in my family, I haven't though much of it.

Sounds like the arthritis to me. I like the quote "Getting old is a bastard, but definitely better than lying in a tomb." it is the truth. You cant complain about getting old after you are dead.

Crap, I was hoping it was HIV or the meds. I feel like an old Buick with 100000 miles on the odometer, that leaks oil and sheds parts but that still has a snap-up exterior.

What sort of liver problems do you have that cause join pain? I am experiencing pain in shoulders, elbows, and hips and the doctor has just sent me for bloodwork related to elevations on something on a liver panel. Looking for insight

Something that can help with joint pain is a supplement called Conquer HA. I know of people that have used it and have experienced relief from joint pain symptoms. It's worth checking out. Their website is www.conquerha.com
