I read about creatine as good nutritional support in treatment and post-treatment especially in cases where muscle tissue needs building up (it is normally used as natural supplement by body builders). Does anyone have any experience with it, or would at least have any information? Thanks!

I've taken creatine from time to time for bodybuilding, but my doctor wasn't too happy to hear about it. It's very hard on the kidneys. You'll also retain a lot of water after taking it for about a month, so you would feel rather bloated.
It has no benefit for HIV treatment.
