Has anyone got any experience with colostrum (an animal based supplement from cows) - if you do can you please post your comments?

There have not been enough studies that have evaluated the effects it has on the way it effects how our HIV meds are absorbed yet though. I have done an extensive search on studies and have found a few in there beginning stages but nothing advanced yet.

Thanks for that. If you don't mind can you post some links to the studies you mentioned - even if in the early stages it would be interesting to learn a bit more about it. Colostrum makes a lot of sense as a natural therapy, but little is known about it yet. So far I found one rather responsive and knowledgeable person at http://www.awcs.com.au

You don’t want to have to spend the time reading early research papers, they are too drawn out and repetitive in the stages they are in now. But if you want to do some research and see if you can find something I missed you can go through all the .edu sights and see what research they are doing to see if you can find any. I would key myself on the major colleges like Johns Hopkins, UCLA & USC, Barkley, Harvard School of medicine, etc.

OK, I'll try to go through .edu sites. So far I have found a great fAQ at Aussie Colostrum and also figured there is an Institute of Colostrum Research at http://www.colostrumresearch.org - although the name suggests great institution, the site is not supported, or updated for a while, and some links are broken...
