To be honest, I have known my status since 2001. I live in Africa and quite honestly, the meds here don't work right. I know alot of people who have been on meds and have still died. I have no intentions of taking meds from here. I am on daily food suppliments, my cd4 is 380 and viral load is 3400. My doctor says if I can get my cd4 up to 400 and above, then I have nothing to worry about. I believe I will get there. I have a positive attitude and my husband and family are very supportive. I wish you the best. Unfortunately, vitamins can only do so much. If you know people who took the meds and still died maybe you don't know the full story. maybe they were too sick when they got the meds. Maybe they were not on optimal treamtment. The activists in south africa on meds are doing WELL and they are living and functioning. Without meds HIV is fatal for most people. So before your tcells fall below 200 get treatment or face the consequences. This is a really serious matter. I have watched too many people die painful deaths without meds.

Until your tcells get to 200 or your viral load is over 100,000. Then you need meds!

Everybody is different. And what do you mean by Normal? Really 'normal' is just a setting on your clothes dryer. I'm 'set' to Bright Colors today. I know many people who have chosen not to use chemicals. There are pos/neg aspects to everything we CHOOSE. Without more information it is difficult to answer your question SO feel free to continue this discussion>>>very intriquing. And about length>>when you think about it, none of us even know what is going to happen in the next 5 minutes.
