I've noticed that regular yogurt (with acidophilus) seems to help with mild thrush. Could this be my imagination or does this really work?

Yes it does...you could also use Miconazole...the vaginal cream sold over the counter...not yummy but it works.

It really works. What works even better is reducing your sugar intake. Yeast feeds on sugar. In fact, if you cut sugars out of your diet, that would be enough. i am speaking from experience. If you have a high sugar intake, and stress together, then all the anti-fungals in the world are only going to make your liver unhappy but not do anything for the thrush. Again i speak from experience. Reduce the stress in your life, get adequate sleep, and eliminate sugar and you'll be fine.
