Can anyone tell me what the benefits are for Positive vets? All I keep hearing is that it depends on if you were in or out of the military when you contracted it. Is HIV considered a Disability?

If you are in the military when you get it, you get full benefits. They don't accept people with HIV into the military but once you're in you get benefits
