I tested Positive, My boyfriend didnt, False positive?

I tested positive for HIV on 12/10. My boyfriend just got his results back today 12/21. His results came back negative.
We have been having unprotected sex for the last 4 years and have been together for 5. I have only been wih him during that time. The only other opportunities i have had to come into contact with the virus would have been either at the dentist, when i got my breast implants, or when i had an orchiectomy.
Is it possible that i got a false possitive, or that he got a false negative?
The tests they did for me were the ELISA and then they confirmed with the western blot.

he needs to be retested as do you
i hear but in rare cases that in some people the virus can not infect their cells although this is rare he may be one of the lucky ones
im not expert on hiv so someone chime in and correct me if im wrong....now on the retest I would retest him for sure and you as well
