Heterosexual dating after being diagnosed?

So now this may seem really frivolous to some people. But I happen to be lucky enough to have a high CD4 & almost undetectable viral load so my only true concern after being diagnosed is dating. I have decided I only want to date positive women (right now). I'm in my 30s so I'm looking for someone who is up for committing. Of course I have the same physical preferences I had before being diagnosed. I've joined a bunch of the dating sites but there seem to be very few real women on those sites - tons of "porn bots" & transexuals. I'm in New York City & wondering if anyone has any suggestions for meeting positive women? I dated a lot before my diagnoses & I'm not really up for giving that up.
Any suggestions or stories to share about heterosexual dating after testing positive?
