If your a HIV positive female, I would appreciate your assistance with this research project on completing my survey investigating sexually transmitted diseases, condom usage, drug use, and pregnancy plans. I am an undergraduate at Scripps College. The results will be used in a senior thesis. This research will help me capture the needs of HIV positive women and provide better services to women like you in the future.

All you need to do is complete this survey and demographic questions, which takes approximately 10 minutes. Responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. Your name will not appear anywhere on the survey, and this information will be used for academic purposes.
