The one thing we really seem to be lacking in Canada is an organized, relevant source (to Canadians) of information. I'm hoping this will eventually become just that.

For example: did you know that benefits, coverage, and attitudes on treatment vary radically from province to province?

Take the use anabolic steroids in the treatment of HIV. Pretty easy to get if you are living in B.C.

Damn near mission impossible here in Alberta.

I'm hoping the mailing list aspect will allow Canadians to form an online community of sorts.
