What are the specific symptoms of HIV and where can I get tested for this in a local area without everyone knowing about it. Can i be diagnosed of HIV with a physical?

No no one can look at your and diagnose you as HIV positive. To get tested check out this page and see if your state has free, anonymous testing. Many states do.
