My brother is in the hospital

My brother's struggles

My brother has AIDS. He is 35 years old and is currently in the
hospital. He was just diagnosed with MAC. I have no idea what
exactly this entails, and neither does he. HE is scared as is my
entire family. He is in the hospital right now in Virginia. My
family is in Iowa. How will they treat this infection? Will he
survive it? If anyone has any information about this situation,
