My cousin, a father of 2 has HIV

My cousin, father of two children, was diagnosed as HIV positive
and died of pneumonia shortly afterward. He wouldn't seek the
medical attention that he needed and didn't get legal help. He
just simply refused to get assistance from "free-clinics" and
attorneys that provide pro bono assistance. AIDS still carries
such a stigma in our society and he did not want to face more
humiliation by having to seek support in that manner. He died on
December 9, 1994. At the time, I did not know about a legal
service where he could have had a formal will prepared by an
attorney for a small fee and complete privacy - now I do. E-mail
