How safe is performing oral sex now??? HELP!!!

Hi all,
If I'm HIV+, how safe is it to perform oral sex on an HIV- guy? Sometime I give him pretty intense oral and his penis has been cut (a little bleeding) ... does that make a difference? Or is the only concern being him coming into contact with MY blood?

no one really knows for sure, reagrdless of what they say. Saliva seems to be pretty safe, but it still contains HIV, thus if he had a cut and you got enough viable virus in the opening via saliva, although remote, anything is possible. I think the truth is you know the answer, but like all of us are very scared, therefore I would be cautious and use protection. Better to be safe than sorry.
