yes. thats why condoms say they can protect against hiv/aids if used properly.
oh, and hiv + people can have kids with - partners too.
but you didnt need to come here to ask that question..you could've easily read it on this site in many places.

I am sorry for spamming, i didnt know where should i post the question, it is just there is alot of conflict about deep/french kissing and that it is a possible risk (especially if prolonged) according to the CDC, is that true? or is it considered safe sex?

I don't see where there is a LOT OF CONTROVERSY about kissing. or mutual masturbation except in your mind. It really is rude to post the same question in all these forums.
