My Cousin and her baby have AIDS HELP!

Hi, i am new here and i am writting because i have a HUGE problem, we just recently found out that my cousin was tested HIV positive but within the last 2 months she moved from HIV to having AIDS and she is extremelly sick. The Problem is that she lives in Guatemala and i dont know what to do to help. I am a university student here in California and i dont have enough money to help her. Does anyone know of any organization or group or just anything that i can turn to for help. I would really appreaciate it. Thank you

Hay don't worry there is help out there is just a matter of searching. This place is called CENSIDA try looking for it in Guatemala am pretty sure they have it there. A friend went down there to talk to women there about there living situcation with HIV and theres help go on line and type Censida ok hope it was of help.
