Anyone Know About HepB Coinfection Stuff?

Hey everyone!
I am trying to find out what 356 MILLION copies of HBV DNA means in the absence of other liver information. It sounds awfully high, but David is looking and feeling fine, so could it just be that in spite of a high VL his liver is keeping up with the demand on it?

Anyone know a good place to get more info?
