He wants to come home from treatment????

He, my guy is saying he wants to be given another chance and he would lilke to come home from treatment. should I say yes, no or maybe. I do not and will not take any more crap. If he is really getting his stuff together I believe I will see a change in his attitude. I'm not certain if that is there or not, because i'm not around him this past weekend he was a shit, I was a shit, I don't know if it was a blip in his attitude or if it is the norm as it was while he was using, and wasn't present while he was clean those years. Totally different person straight than using, its normal.

how long has he been in treatment and how long has he been using over the course of his life?? What addiction?
