Not exactly. I have packed meds such as insulin in ice to keep them cold. I recommend that you talk to your physician at your next doctor's visit to determine how many hours you can go without having to refrigerate your HIV meds. I know it can be frustrating. You may also want to consider get one of those blue ice packs that people use to keep food cold. Good luck to you.
