Hie
lm an HIV positive African woman living in America.Long before l tested positive ,I wanted to start an orgaization to help people with HIV/Aids in my country of birth and Africa .Now l feel the need everyday as l read about the many hardships that people in third world countries ,especially those in Africa face daily becaue of this disease.l want to fight this with them and for them,to give them the love and support they so much need .l could go on and on about why l want to do this,not even for me but for someone else to live thier live with hope and not the fear of death.I want to do this for them but l don't know where to start.so please help me and tell me how l can start a charity organization .Please tell me what l have to do.
