Impotency, but feeling stronger all over

My sweetheart got so sick he almost died, but now the counts are coming back up and he's working out and eating well, however, we are frustrated because along with the wasting, he suffered complete impotence. He's not gaining weight well, although he's so much better, and we can't have sex. It bothers him and me, we are kindof newlyweds, and our sex life was hot, hot, hot. We don't want to lose that, everything else is coming way together, and we are very happy. He may be able to work a little under the table, since we are waiting for social security, that takes forever. Of course, he's also pos for hep b and c. We are recovering addicts and so far I'm good, except I think I gave him hep b. I feel bad about that if I'd known he had AIDS i would have been more careful to not pass our stuff back and forth like that.

Meds affect us in many ways. I have a friend who just recently got married but was having the same problem. So part of his meds is viagra. Its not just for old coots to get the wrinkles out . These meds and illnesses affect our whole being. MY hubby had that problem when he was on tx for hep. And now that hes older he probably could use a wee bit of a jump start ( lol ) but weve been together 31 yrs, Infected for at least 20 ,been ex-dope fiends for 12 years and i still have hep tx to do. I have aids , on meds , he's a long term survivor . So tell your man talk to dr together and forget about pride and imbarassment for now. The end results will give him something to be proud about Then you can hang a flag on it and give it a salute
