I hit the gym 5-7 days a week. I push hard and have a good diet not perfect but good. I have a workout plan I came up with. I generally consist of normal plans from muscle mag and other workouts I have picked up on like p90x. I 25 years old 5'10" I weight 180 and have a athletic build. I really want to cut up more. Any helpful hints? Other than the classic "do more reps less weight" or "more cardiovascular" I want to take steroids or something.

Well....no, how about no steroids
Have you tried Kefir? You can buy it at WHOLE FOODS but you would have a much higher nutritional content if you made your own. There's lots of resources out there on youtube on how to make it and you can buy grains and have them shipped from lots of farms. If you're lactose intolerant you can make it from Coconut Milk but usually its made from Raw Milk and you can add flavor with frozen fruit or bananas. It's high fat but SO good for you, especially those of us who are POZ because of the nutrients...probiotics, live organisms....I mean, it is really such an amazing superfood.
BUT THIS- http://lauricidin.com/ - I'm not really sure why we aren't ALL taking this. Read more about it and if you're still a skeptic call and it is the finest customer service. They will really help you understand what it is and what it does and they are involved in some hiv/aids specific testing right now.
I'm also meeting with my friend who's a yoga teacher to design a practice specific to my needs and having my first round of acupuncture next week!

i was getting a belly, i was worried it was body fat redistribution syndrome, but then concluded its because i eat protein bars, which have a lot of sugar in the first place, and in the 2nd place, if my body doesn't make use of all that protein, it will eventually turn to fat, so i'm careful to take it easy on the protein bars when i go to the gym. You'll notice a lot of power lifters have a big belly probably from too much protein.

I stay busy . Sure there are times that I enjoy just laying up and watching movies but in most part staying active is a big part of my life. I still work. Not full time but according to that which is allowed by SSD. I always enjoyed working and to be able to make that extra money is fullfilling . I eat alot of veggies. I grow my own when possible. And gotta have fruit. Love fruit. I use to live on a farm as a little girl so that stuff to me comes natural. Easy on the junk food. A little bit is ok but don't eat that whole bag at once. Alot of it is common sense. I rarely eat fast food. I enjoy cooking soups / So soup and salad and I'm good to go. As for deserts, well I'm a cookie person . But having a yogurt with some granola suits me just fine. Oh and after a workout I make my protien smoothie with yogurt, bananna, V8 Splash and some protien powder. You can add some milk or icecream if you want . But go easy on the calories.

I didn't know that. Thanks for the info Tony . I do alot of weights when i go to the gym. I lost alot of my body fat due to lipo so I'm concerned about keeping what muscle i have very strong. My legs are thin but can leg press 120lbs. and my arms fluctuate from 50 to 30 lbs.weights. I do sit ups with 30lb weights on bench . But I have back issues so i got to be careful. I go twice a week just for an hour with hubby.

Sorry to question that but it's physically impossible for it to turn to fat - very much in the same way as its impossible to turn lead into gold.
If you are lifting weights with the intention of growing muscle then it is important to eat no more than 1g of protein for every kg of body weight (sorry I don't do imperial weights) but a ratio of 1:1000 effectively.
Ideally this would come from natural sources and not supplements but it's difficult to eat like that and then still keep calories controlled or ensure timings when you're on a with food treatment plan.
If on treatment there are some meds that are affected by / increase protein in the system so it's essential you check this out before taking any supplements.

Juicing fruits and vegetables is the way to go! Live enzymes and all the nutrients needed by the body can be quickly absorbed. It's a lot easier too compared to cooking a complete meal
First thing in the morning I drink fresh juiced apple mixed with orange or lemon plus a little ginger (for that zing!)... you can add carrots too or other vegetables.
