Girlfriend in the Navy

I had girlfriend that was in the Navy from '97 - '99. I was wondering the likelyhood that she had HIV:
1. When she went into the Navy.
2. When she was stationed over seas.
3. When she was discharged.

Any statistics that I could find would be of great help. Thanks
